Stephen is the Associate Sales Manager and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson for Robert Paul Properties in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood and Cambridge’s Agassiz neighborhood. Through several years of experience in Luxury Residential Sales, and a lifetime of experience in Winthrop by the Sea, Stephen offers a unique blend of regional market knowledge and hometown roots. In 2016, Stephen oversaw residential sales transactions valued at more than $100 million. Before joining Robert Paul Properties, Stephen served as the Operations Manager for a corporate residential real estate firm in Boston’s South End neighborhood, where he managed a concerted group of urban brokers. Prior to that, he worked at the Massachusetts State House for State Treasurer Deb Goldberg in Legislative Affairs where he worked on many legislative efforts, such as equal pay for women, and LGBT rights issues. Stephen served as Secretary on the Transportation Advisory Committee in 2016-2017 for the Town of Winthrop. Here, he was able to offer policy advice to elected officials on a host of transportation related issues that can positively impact home values here in Winthrop. In addition, Stephen continues to help organize a group of committed small business owners and residential real estate developers to advocate for responsible, thoughtful, and impactful residential development in and around Winthrop’s Center Business District. The group's goal is to improve the overall quality of life here in Winthrop through increased tax revenue and improved infrastructure. With his hands in many different projects around town, Stephen, with the guidance and support of his teammates, is able to offer property sellers and buyers a well-rounded and holistic suite of services, unmatched in the local marketplace.
