Sergio graduated from Johnson and Wales University, focusing on culinary arts and food service management. He has worked in the food service industry for over 15 years at all levels from dishwasher to cook, server, bartender etc. He has 10 years of restaurant management experience that ranges from fast casual dining to fine dining. Sergio started his own company called We Serve Safely Inc. as a food safety consulting company in November 2017. The company has grown into a full service food safety and design-to-build food service company.
